Shannon Hillenmeyer - Controller and Senior Dog Lover

In 2006, while she and Joseph were still dating, Shannon began helping organize the business. She created systems that yield a sense of order to Joseph’s creative vision.  Pairing her fine arts background and love of design with her personal affinity for detail, Shannon provides an essential character to the business.  While Joseph is mapping a journey, Shannon is helping steer the ship, ensuring all elements are in place for successful passage. At the Christmas shop, Shannon’s role is more visible, where she can be seen merchandising displays, helping fulfill custom orders, and, as always, jumping in wherever needed. Shannon’s real devotion, however, is for their dogs, who they adopted as seniors in need of love and a home.  Tulip (Tulie) is the Queen Bee Chihuahua, accompanied by terrier Cosmo (a.k.a. Motto) and Bunny the poodle—all in their double digits and doted upon by Shannon and Joseph.
